The location was comfortable, within easy walking distance of Pondy Bazaar. The room I booked was neatly maintained however glass windows were dirty and available in terms of good view...
Well, the views were bad here.

We were in Chennai for 4 days, had really enjoyable stay, the hotel was clean with ideal location in Pavillon resturant. Location: the venue was very close to The Residency in T Nagar'. Stopped by Cafe Central to get some coffee and treats, it's around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, recommend.

The location at Residency is fire-right in the heart of the action! Plus, I dug the warm vibes from the staff. They were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Oh, and don't even get me started on the lamb biriyani at Thalappaakattu Briyani-it was a flavor bomb!
But let's keep it real. The breakfast spread was kinda sad, and the room was a little older than expected. I was disappointed when my key card gave me the cold shoulder, too!

The evening live music on the terrace made our stay nice, and the fish tawa was particularly delicious. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our visit.

Booking for my son online was easy.
My room was booked by some one else for me but I did not have the booking details. When I reached the hotel, I found that the reception did not have a booking for me. I was sure that a booking had been done. Much later I realized that the booking for me could have been done at the Residency Towers. The Reception should have mentioned this to me instead of making me look a fool appearing there without a valid reservation.

The breakfast quality has declined.I Ahve stayed here at least 20 times before. The standard of the breakfast and the taste of accompanying chutnies, sambars and gravies has to be looked into urgently.I Skipped a day of brekafst delibrately and went to another restaurant nearby.

The staff was attentive and made sure I had
Everything I needed during my 14-night stay. The hotel itself was clean and offered a comfortable superior room. The check-in process was a bit slow, frustrating after a long journey.

Staff are more friendly and respectful.
- Food is not as expected, comparing with residency tower, residency need more improvement. - I was disappomited when your staff came and checked the small refrigerator in my room (916) on my presence, just to make sure the staffs inside the refrigirator is not used. As a star hotel, this behavior will not be pleased by professials or high society people.

Perfect Family Getaway
I wanna share that we got a great deal on our stay, and the hospitality from the staff was unlike anything I've experienced before. Everyone was so accommodating, especially this guy Mahesh. He helped us out when we had all these bags to deal with and just ran with it.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
